These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and papa4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated at the domain papa4d.cam. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members and users of any service made available on this website.

By accessing papa4d, creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Papa4D Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of this platform.

You may only register and maintain an Account on papa4d if each of the following criteria is satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the life of your Account:

• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are participating using funds that are legitimately yours and not derived from unlawful activity.

To access the full range of papa4d services, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, a secure unique password, date of birth and such other information as may be requested during the registration form or subsequent KYC review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Papa4D will not be held liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you believe your Account has been compromised.

Papa4D may, at its discretion, require documentary verification of identity, address or payment method prior to processing withdrawals or lifting deposit limits. Acceptable documents typically include a national identity card (MyKad), passport, utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months. Failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner may result in the temporary restriction of Account withdrawals.

• Registration data must be accurate and kept current. Material changes — including changes of address or contact details — must be updated promptly.
• Papa4D reserves the right to decline any registration application without obligation to provide reasons.
• Accounts opened using false or misleading information are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Papa4D processes all player transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and USDT TRC20. Processing times and applicable minimums vary by method and are disclosed on the relevant deposit page.

All payment instruments used for deposits on papa4d must be registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties will be refunded net of any processing costs and may trigger an account review. The platform does not accept cash or physical instruments.

• Minimum deposit amounts are stated per payment method on the deposit interface.
• Papa4D does not charge a platform fee for standard MYR deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to your Account and wagered.
• Papa4D reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposit transactions.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of blockchain confirmation. The platform bears no liability for exchange rate movements during the confirmation period.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC clearance and the absence of any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds included in the withdrawal amount.

• Withdrawals to local Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and bank accounts (via DuitNow or FPX) typically process within five to sixty minutes during normal operating hours, subject to our internal review queue.
• Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the withdrawal page. Requests exceeding single-transaction limits may be split across multiple business days.
• Papa4D may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending identity or payment verification. Users will be notified of any such hold and the documentation required to resolve it.
• Withdrawal requests involving Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be declined or the relevant bonus forfeited, at papa4d's sole discretion.
• Papa4D does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party financial institutions, banking system outages or force majeure events.

Papa4D may from time to time make promotional offers available to eligible members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. Where any conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail in respect of that promotion only.

Unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Each promotional offer is available to one Account per person, household, IP address and device.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for real-money value outside of the eligible withdrawal process.
• Papa4D reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that obligations already incurred by a player will be honoured.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent bonus conditions — including through coordinated play, arbitrage strategies or the use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may lead to Account suspension.

Each game on papa4d operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing a wager. Results generated by random number generators (RNG) or live dealers are final, and papa4d accepts no liability for outcomes that arise from a user's misunderstanding of game mechanics.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled unless a technical error demonstrably affected the outcome of the round, as determined by papa4d.
• In the event of a software malfunction or interrupted connection during live play, papa4d will endeavour to reconstruct the hand or round based on server records. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets placed during the affected period may be voided.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or exploits to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balance.
• Users must not engage in collusive play, match-fixing or any activity designed to defraud other players or the platform.
• Papa4D reserves the right to void bets or adjust payouts in cases where a clear pricing error is identified in published odds.

All content available on papa4d — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data and the papa4d brand identity — is the exclusive property of papa4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this website for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on this platform without our express prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, papa4d, its directors, employees and service partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss arising out of or in connection with your use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of wagered funds, whether through game outcomes, technical errors or Account suspension;
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, third-party outages, cyberattacks or force majeure events;
• Decisions made by a User based on information displayed on papa4d, including odds, statistics or promotional content;
• Unauthorised access to an Account resulting from the User's failure to secure login credentials;
• Losses attributable to gambling addiction or problem gambling behaviour.

Nothing in these Terms limits papa4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Papa4D reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal or money laundering activity;
• Provision of false registration information or submission of forged documentation;
• Operating multiple Accounts on the platform;
• Engagement in prohibited gameplay strategies or exploitation of software errors;
• Failure to comply with KYC requests within a reasonable timeframe;
• Any self-exclusion request submitted by the Account holder.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of Terms, any balance — including deposits and any unconverted Bonus Funds — may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated by the User for responsible gambling purposes, the remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the User following standard verification procedures.
